Questions, answered.
Is Mistras giving me legal or compliance advice?
No. Breach and incident data are informational only — not legal, forensic, or compliance advice. Mistras delivers event-driven security telemetry about assets you choose to monitor; it never directs your response.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between Pro and Active at renewal time. Enterprise engagements are scoped with our sales team and can be adjusted as your team grows.
Do I have to enable SMS alerts?
No. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase. Every plan includes full dashboard access, and you can reply STOP to any text at any time.
How does billing work?
